Peter Fusaro - Board Member, Director, Advisor Carbon Markets Peter C. Fusaro is the bestselling author of “What Went Wrong at Enron” and is an energy industry thought leader noted for his keen insights in emerging energy and environmental markets. He co-founded the Energy Hedge Fund Center in 2004. For over 3 decades Peter has been on the forefront of energy industry change and has created the terms “Green Trading”, “Green Finance” and “Green Hedge Funds” which are now commonly used in the industry.

Peter has been selected for Who’s Who in America 2007-2010 and Who’s Who World for 2009-2010. He has lived on the leading edge of consulting in carbon and emissions trading and finance, clean energy technology, renewables and fossil fuels. Peter founded Global Change Associates in 1991 to focus on the interplay and convergence of energy and environmental financial markets. John Katovich – Advisor SEC and Capital Markets Regulations

John founded Katovich & Associates in 2001, which later became the Katovich Law Group, representing corporations, LLCs, new businesses and non-profits. He has a wide range of experience including general business, securities trading and regulation, arbitration, high tech and IP related matters, business foundation, teaching and consultation. John is currently a Professor at Presidio School of Management, teaching Law and Capital Markets in the MBA curriculum.

He has been a speaker and participant in front of the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Banking and Financial Services – including the Subcommittee on Capital Markets, Securities and Government-Sponsored Enterprises, participated as an exchange team member in front of the U.S. Supreme Court regarding arbitration, and was a member of the Bay Area General Counsel Association for 14 years. John also provides consulting services to emerging/developing sovereign nations for Capital Markets development, as well as training in supervision, compliance and regulation programs.

John is a graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Law (1979) and also attended John Marshall Law School. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (1976). He completed the Executive Program on Negotiation at the Harvard Business School in 1996, and received his NASD Series 7 License. John Nelson - Advisor Community Investment

John is the Managing Partner of Wall Street Without Walls (WSWW). WSWW provides capital markets orientation and training programs nationally through the individual banks of the Federal Reserve Bank system. WSWW provides financial technical assistance to community development organizations and public agencies through teams of volunteer finance professionals, including retired and active investment bankers volunteering their expertise as a new form of philanthropy.

Mr. Nelson graduated from Yale College, he received his MA degree from the University of Michigan; he has a certification in Community Development Finance from the Milano Graduate School of New School University. More information on John and WSWW can be found at their website

Paul Parker – Advisor Fisheries Markets

Paul Parker advises the Company on fisheries markets strategy and development, including all aspects related to catch shares, fisheries banks, and Community Quota Entities (CQEs). Paul is also the liaison with key environmental NGOs and governmental agencies which oversee and regulate the fisheries industry in his current capacity as the Director of the Cape Cod Fisheries.

Paul is focused on restoring depleted fish populations while bringing back profitable fishing businesses and communities. Paul has held numerous jobs on Cape Cod commercial fishing vessels including lobster, steamer clams, cod, haddock, dogfish, bluefin tuna, and striped bass using all manner of fishing gear from handlines to gillnets, rod & reel and longlines. Paul earned a BA in Biology from Cornell University and a Masters of Environmental Management from Duke University. In 2006, Paul was honored with the Duke Nicholas School Rising Star Award.
