Mission Markets provides two distinct investment and transaction platforms that support the social and environmental markets. These platforms offer an unprecedented array of high quality private investment opportunities, and increased liquidity for environmental credits and market based mechanisms, integrated impact metrics, access to information, reporting and analytical tools.
Mission Markets Earth
Mission Markets Earth is operated as a separate exchange exclusively facilitating transactions for environmental credits and other market based mechanisms. Transactions include wetland mitigation credits, habitat credits, carbon credits, water quality credits, transferable development rights, fisheries catch shares and water rights transfers and leases. These transactions are not considered investment securities and as such Mission Markets Earth is open to all registered members including investors, organizations, municipalities, and others.
Private Capital Marketplace
The Private Capital Marketplace is a FINRA regulated investment exchange that facilitates funding through private placements and registered securities for sustainable enterprises. The PCM also facilitates secondary transactions for unregistered debt, equity, funds, and co-op shares. Currently only accredited and institutional investors can access the offerings listed on the Private Capital Marketplace.
