Our Services

The Mission Markets Private Capital Marketplace allows private companies and organizations that pass our Minimum Listing Requirements (MLR) to list their investment opportunity – called an “offering” – on our platform. Accredited and institutional investors sign on to Mission Markets as investor members, search through listed offerings and chose offerings of interest. Investor members can then download offering documents and investor presentations to decide if they would like to conduct due diligence on the potential investment. Mission Markets charges issuers a small fee based on a percentage of the funds raised or transacted. During our initial Beta phase, there are no listing or membership fees.
