Securities and Placement Agent Services

Through our broker-dealer, PrimeSolutions Securities, Inc., Mission Markets™ pre- screens impact and sustainability opportunities available for only approved accredited or qualified investors.

After completing a thorough accreditation and suitability process, accredited or qualified investors are granted access to our secure, private password protected platform where they can discover information and data pertaining to private investment opportunities and impact and sustainability metrics.

The nature of Mission Markets’ business and our approach to client relationships is driven by the fact that the impact and sustainability markets benefit from real-time access to professionals who understand the needs of the market. As a result, our robust processes are not automated by the use of technology rather, our technology supports our ability to successfully execute opportunities.

Mission Markets provides a high touch, deeply engaged process enabling our professionals to understand the needs of both our investor and issuer clients. Prior to any investor becoming a Mission Markets platform client we directly communicate with them to verify their accreditation status, suitability and investment experience, and their interest in our specific impact and sustainability sectors.

Only after successfully completing this process is an accredited or qualified investor approved to securely view documentation, metrics, management videos, and marketing materials.

Technology

Mission Markets maintains a secure, password protected discovery platform accessible only to accredited investors, their advisors and pre-screened and approved issuers. Mission Markets does not operate a “trading platform,” but, rather, operates an online investment offering and data platform where all actual transactions are facilitated through our FINRA licensed registered representatives.

Mission Markets uses technology to enable investors to more effectively view private offering documents and issuers to cost effectively post their investment offering data to their own private offering data page.

Mission Markets does not use automation to drive impact and sustainability markets transactions. The Mission Markets platform is used to support our suite of traditional sales and marketing services enabling qualified and approved clients to more effectively source impact and sustainability investment offering data helping them with the investment due diligence process.

Informatics 2.0

The key to Mission Markets’ value as an organization solely focused within our targeted sectors is our ability to aggregate, develop and organize data and information so that we can prospectively produce proprietary and third-party research and content.

News & Data Aggregation

By supporting a community of investors, issuers and service providers, we are in the unique position to collect news and data related to securities and environmental credits transactions, issuer and project metrics, and user-generated content.

ESG Research & Ratings

Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) research and content are becoming increasingly important for investment decisions and valuations. At Mission Markets, we compile ESG Research & Ratings in order to create products and indicators for our customers.

Impact Analysis Metrics

Mission Markets™ has created a proprietary metric, Measuring Impact 4 (Mi4), to allow investors to customize metrics toward their specific impact interest. Mi4 version 1.0 poses key financial, environmental, social and governance (FESG) questions and calculates an impact and sustainability rating (not an investment rating) for opportunities on our platform. Each Mi4 rating is customized to reflect individual investor member’s sustainability return needs.
